You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

 

Refunds:

Your refunds will be processed once the return item reaches us and you should receive the refund within 3-5 business days.
 

Return/Exchange Process:

Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their eligibility, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
 

Refund/Exchange Terms:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Items damaged or defective upon arrival: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
